Newgen technology was created in 1998 by IT service professionals wanting to offer small and medium size businesses the same services only available or affordable to corporations.  Through the experience of these IT professionals Newgen was able to learn each of their customers businesses and apply their knowledge to provide customized services to fit the budget and needs of their customers. Each year since 1998, Newgen has grown and with the expansion and advances in technology Newgen has proven to provide new effective solutions and operations to its customers.

All of Newgen technicians are certified and have experience in customer services to provide a variety of services and solutions. All technicians have a minimum A+ certification with each having specific other certifications such as Microsoft Certified Professionals and Engineers, CCNA/CCNP Cisco Certifications and HP / Dell certifications.
