Rate: $75.00 first hour, $50.00 each additional hour (2 hour minimum)

Response: Initial response within 2 hours, on-site within 4 hours (subject to availability)

Parts (Hardware/Software): cost plus 10%

LAN/WAN support

Rate: $150 first hour, $125 each additional hour (2 hour minimum)

Response: Initial response within 1 hour, on-site within 2 hours (subject to availability)

Parts (Hardware/Software): cost plus 10%
