How it works
Newgen analyzed the technical
industry and pay scale for IT staff and used the findings to develop the “Total
IT Solution”. Basically we taken the cost of a full time employee and the time
that the employee could service customers, combined with the appropriate skills
to meet all the criteria of small and medium size businesses and split the cost
over our customer base. We measure the
company by the quantity of equipment needing support, hours of support and
quantity of support.
Each month our staff will be
out at your site for the required time per your monthly service agreement. We
will do routine maintenance and schedule the time per your request and
availability, but we are also on call anytime, including nights and weekends
when emergencies arise.
Cost
The cost is strictly based on
the needs of your company. With the guidelines we have established we can
